How to Begin

Beginning classes at the Birthing Life T’ai-Chi Center start in September and April and remain open for new students for five weeks. After the initial three-month period the class continues at the same time and place. Students are then invited to attend all other T’ai-Chi classes on the schedule.

A 12-week Beginning T’ai-Chi class series will start on Monday, May 6, at Twin Cities Friends Meeting in St. Paul (1725 Grand Avenue) and online via Zoom at 5:30 pm CT. Visit the registration page to sign up for in-person and/or Zoom formats. All students will receive links to the Zoom class recordings.
