How to Begin

Beginning classes at the Birthing Life T’ai-Chi Center start in September and April and remain open for new students for five weeks. After the initial three-month period the class continues at the same time and place. Students are then invited to attend all other T’ai-Chi classes on the schedule.

New students are welcome to join a Beginning T’ai-Chi class on Mondays at Twin Cities Friends Meeting in St. Paul (1725 Grand Avenue) and online via Zoom at 5:30 pm CT. Visit the Class Registration page to sign up to try a class, either in-person or via Zoom. All students will receive links to the Zoom class recordings.
